PROBATE ADMINISTRATION

We represent Personal Representatives in estate administration. This may involve completing and filing necessary paperwork with the State of Colorado and/or Internal Revenue Service; preparing and filing Estate Tax Returns; setting up trusts and funding them according to
the decedent’s wishes; communicating with beneficiaries, accountants, financial advisors and financial institutions
on the Personal Representative’s behalf.
